Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Courage International Pte Ltd (UEN 201015872K) reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If Courage International Pte Ltd refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund, in case they purchased a ticket and paid for it.

Event Cancellation by Courage International Pte Ltd
Courage International Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Courage International Pte Ltd cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
If an event is cancelled, it will be posted on the courage-institute.com website and registered participants will be informed via email.

Registration Cancellation by Participant two months before the event (Date: 16/07/2019)
Unless specifically stated, the deadline to receive a full refund for an individual ticket is two months before the event (Deadline: 16/07/2019).
The deadline to receive a full refund for group purchases is two months before the event (Deadline: 16/07/2019).

Registration Cancellation by Participant one month before the event (Date: 16/08/2019)
Unless specifically stated, the deadline to receive a 50% refund for an individual ticket is one month before the event (Deadline: 16/08/2019).
The deadline to receive a 50% refund for group purchases is one month before the event (Deadline: 16/08/2019).
Cancellations received after the stated deadline (Deadline: 16/08/2019) are only eligible for a 25% refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to show up to an event (no-show). Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
These above policies apply to all Courage International Pte Ltd events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Late Registration
Only online registrations will be accepted. Walk-in registrations are not accepted.

Photographs and recordings
The attendee/customer hereby expressly confirms his agreement that the Courage International Pte Ltd (UEN 201015872K) shall have the right to take photographs or make recordings of the attendee/customer before and during the entire event, and to publish, disseminate and circulate the same on the Internet, in print media and other media.
